Returns and Refunds

RETURNS POLICY

 

Here at Zenyoo, we want our customers to love every purchase they make.

In the unlikely scenario that your item is faulty when you receive it, send an email to our customer services team and attach photos with a brief description.

For any clothing items, if your order does not fit you or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your item.

Returned items must be unworn and unused and will be inspected once received.

You will be entitled to an immediate refund.

Please note that sale items cannot be refunded and only exchanged.

Hygiene products such as cotton buds, toothbrushes and toothpaste are non returnable and non refundable.

 

Refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account which was used to purchase your Zenyoo items.

 

NOTE: From the point at which your returned item is received in our warehouse, please allow 10 business days for the item to be inspected and processed.

 

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Zenyoo.
